Objective:

To find a fulfilling career that makes the best use of my skills.

I have done my graduation in Electrical Engineering from Utkal University, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa, India. I graduated in first division.
My seminar paper was "Design and analysis of active digital filters"
My theme paper was on the applications of Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks.
Now I am doing my PGDRM at The Institute of Rural Management, Anand, Gujarat, India. My course is equivalent to MBA as laid down by the AICTE. I Shall pass out of IRMA in the first week of April, 2001.

My field work was with the District Rural Development Authority, Kandhamal in Orissa. My project during field work was to streamline the information flow at the DRDA, by redesigning the Monthly Progress Reports.
The Rural Action Component involved the presentation of a paper on the Assessment of natural resources and income generating skills in the tribal areas of the district Kandhamal.

For my Management Traineeship Segment I had been to the Banas Dairy situated at Palanpur. Banas Dairy is the one of the largest dairies of India, it handles approx. one million litres of milk per day in flush season. My project was to find out the feasibility of setting up of an e-Governance network in the district of Banaskantha. It involved the tracking of information needs of the people and providing the requisite information through a network.

Experience

I have worked for 6 months as a faculty member at a computer training Institute in Rourkela. At the same time I was employed as a part time hardware maintenance engineer at a firm that undertook Computer related AMCs.
Period: October 1998 to April 1999
